there is no fixed deadline. however, i will finish the drawing as soon as possible and put the estimated due date. my estimated work progress is around 7-14 days depending on my personal workload, difficulty level, and character details. 5 commissions are usually finished within a month, so please check your queue number in the work queue. i will not accept additional costs to speed up the process, because i prioritize the quality of the commissioned piece.

i can refuse a client's request due to several factors: some requests that i don't think i can afford according to my art style, or some things that are related to my preference. i am very selective with oc x canon commission, so please consult with me before commissioning me. my twitter dm, facebook messenger and instagram are very open.

please provide me a neat and detailed reference, before filling out the commission form. if you're not filling the form within 48 hours, I will cancel your commission.

i only accept major revisions max 3 times when the progress is still in sketches. there will be a charge if there are more revisions.

payment can only be made when the sketch is finished and the client approves it.

i do not issue refunds once i already did the sketch. otherwise, there will be a 50% charge for the commission piece. refunds will only be given if i cancel your commission or i have made a grave mistake on your commissioned piece.

I recommend you constantly check the work queue in case you are curious about the progress update. And since I deal with so many commissioners most of the time, i prefer to put a notice about some notes and my real-life condition in the queue list rather than contacting my commissioner one by one, except if it's very urgent.

a commissioner does not have the right to claim the finished illustration as their own.
